The idea to teach yoga centered around Self Love came to me at a time when I did not have a lot of love for self. When I had discovered my Dharma (True Purpose) for teaching yoga I also began walking down the vulnerable path to Self Love and found my voice.

I theme each class around an aspect of providing more love for Self. The themes are all curated from the wisdom I discovered through experience, where I had struggled and what I was learning along the road to loving mySelf more. The themes and asanas began to flow through me as my love for self grew deeper. Whether it be forgiveness, purpose, abandoning shame, self-worth, rock bottoms, breaking patterns or trouble moving on, I will lead you through a flow straight to your heart space. The journey through self love is the journey to perfect relationship and we can take those first steps with honoring our bodies through movement in Yoga.

Self Love Yoga helps you connect with the body, allows the Self to feel, and gives you the opportunity to cultivate peace from the Heart Space.

Movement has always been a form of healing for me as well as a way to turn inward. Yoga is a special kind of movement, in that it allows for us to not only touch the physical body but the emotional body and the soul. The act of practicing both fluid movement and stillness is impactful in a number of ways which include…the development of deep awareness; the space in the mind, which allows for the cultivation of transformation to occur; the patience for true release into the unknown; the strengthening for authentic compassion and more. By bringing our physical awareness inward we can not only create that space but provide healing to those parts of ourSelf that need release within the soul. Every class will be guided with a different anatomical focus and corresponding playlist along with an emphasis on fluid movement, grounding stillness, breath and intention.
