Working with Hannah has been a completely life changing and transformational experience. There is a lot I have learned from her, but the most resounding thing has been how to adopt a healthier lifestyle by implementing healthier habits and making specific dietary changes that support my body type and health. Hannah’s approach is multifaceted and holistic. She helped me identify my Ayurvedic Dosha, create a better routine, and eat clean. As a Vata, I began to make more time for self-care including better sleep hygiene, moving my body, setting time aside to be creative, setting healthy boundaries, introducing more plant-based meals, cutting out processed food, and finding natural ways to supplement the nourishment that my body needs. What I love the most about Hannah is how much she encourages her clients to shift towards a perspective that includes a loving acceptance of the self. I feel healthier and more grounded than I ever have and I know it’s because of the work I have done with Hannah. Hannah has a lot of wisdom to share and the gift of healing. I have been to both Hannah’s yoga classes and her Women’s Circles and I have never learned or felt so much better about myself. Hannah is doing exactly what she was born to do! Helping people find themselves and uplift them through her work. Hannah’s yoga classes will have you break a sweat but also will bring you to such a level of peace. I have been to several of her yoga classes and not one class is the same. Her messages are always different and they really touch your heart. I have even had an out-of-body experience where I was transported to another place during her yoga session.
